My friend and I are taking my dd 7 to DL in early December, my kid is very timid and won't ride big rides (my fav's space mt, and other big stuff) Since it has always been jusst me and the kid, I don't know how baby swap works, can you use it when the kid it tall enough but not brave enough?

Yes, you can. We've done it many times with my DS who is timid. Even now that he's a teenager, we have him wait in line with us and usually he can walk through the ride and wait on the other side till we get off.

I've done it too. And while no one has ever said no, I have gotten that 'Just this once' look if you know what I mean.

We asked to do child swap once on Indiana Jones. Our boys were both technically tall enough to ride but neither wanted to. We were told the swap was only for kids who were too short to ride. We had to each get Fastpasses and wait in line and ride separately. It sounds like other people have been able to do it but we weren't. It probably depends on the CM working at the time you ask.

You can most defintely do it! I went on a trip with one of my closest friends and her two kids...we had to swap all the time. The CM's didn't blink twice about it!
