Child Swap Question

Rockin Rollercoaster...there are 5 of us. My youngest won't ride..she's 8. So can we do the child swap with that many people? There would only be 3 of us riding at any one time. I understand that we would all need fast passes to use the fast pass line even with the child swap.
Anyone have any info?

If your eight year old is tall enough to ride, then you can't do the child swap, just so you know.

I was told that I could do child swap with two kids (ie. my husband and I would each ride with the two older ones). but, we ended up just getting our five fast passes, and taking turns going through the fast pass, and one kid got to do it a bonus time (usually only one kid wanted to do it again, so this wasn't an issue).

I'm sorry. I saw the title and thought you wanted to exchange children I thought I could get a good deal.

I think the child swap on the rides, depends on how crowded the parks are. Sometimes it goes a lot quicker to do the fastpass and wait your turn.

i think you can as my niece threw a hissy fit on tot and soarin and we did child swap on those. she did ride rnr coaster before she was ready to ring my neck

You may find a CM that will allow you but they aren't supposed to. It is nice thing Disney offers because of the height restriction. Can you imagine the line if they let everyone do it that had someone in their party that just didn't want to ride.

It is my understanding that if a child is tall enough to ride, they must stand in the line with you and wait with one adult at the ride vehicle while the other rides, then switch..
