A friend of mine will be visiting Disney in a couple of weeks. They plan to use the remaining days on some park hopper tickets purchased about 4 years ago. One of their children is now 11. My friend called the Disney store about this, and they told her to come in and pay to upgrade the child ticket to an adult ticket.
Is this necessary? I swear I have read on these boards that a child's park hopper ticket is always valid for that child, even once they would need an adult ticket.
Anybody out there know about this or have any recent experience bringing in an "adult" child on their old 3-9 year old ticket?
Help please! Thanks.
