An eleven year old boy had a lighter and hairspray on my DD's school bus yesterday. He was trying to light some kids hair on fire and the bus driver didnt see a thing. My DH called the school and they are supposedly taking care of it. I just don't want my DD on that bus anymore.

I don't blame you, P-nut.

A friend of mine's ds had to have several skin grafts this past February from using a lighter and a can of hair spray. He almost lost his ears, and his face has several scars now from the burns. He's 12 yo.:(

Good Grief! Yep, I think I would take my kid off the bus if they do not handle it properly...yikes!

Yikes. I don't blame you!

I thought it was bad when some high school kids turned a laser pointer in my eyes the other day, from the back of their bus. Gave me a doozy of a headache and could have caused a wreck.

The Asst Principal called and said they would talk to the child and his parents. Don't know how far that will go. Today was the last day of school until Jan. 3rd. Guess I will have to wait and see.

How terrifying. I don't think I would allow my child to ride that bus either. I know it's hard for the drivers to see everything but that was a life threatening situation. Something needs to be done.
