Child carseat restrictions in Florida???

Does anyone know what the laws in Florida are for needing carseats??? My niece will be 5 1/2 when we travel does she need any type of booster seat?

According to Florida law, no, a 5 year old does not need a booster, but must use a seat belt in the back seat.
