I have scheduled for my son to go to the Mouseketeer Club at the Grand Floridian for an evening in January. Does anyone have any experience with these centers? I have never used one before. Thanks!

When my kids were small they went to the Sandcastle Club (at BC), Cubs Den @WL and Neverland Club @ Poly (seperate trips). They loved their special night out! When we picked them up the first time, they were bummed that we had come back already  and begged us to let them go back the next night :rotfl:

Relax and enjoy your night out! They will :goodvibes

I am planning to take my kids to Cubs Den during our trip so DH & I can go for dinner in Epcot. I have read good reviews from parents. And, sad as it is, DS will be having video game withdrawals after a few days away from home, so, I know he will enjoy it. And, I think they do crafts, which DD will enjoy.

For those who have used this, how long on average do you leave your kids there? We are planning 4 hours and this looks to be the minimum we will need for our outing, so part of me was thinking about adding an hour to give some wiggle room. But, I worry that they will be tired of it before then. Is there enough to keep busy that long?

I can't remember exactly how many hours they were there(it was years ago). I remember that when we left them at The Sandcastle Club, DH & I walked to Epcot. We had dinner in Japan and wandered for awhile. Then we spent time on the Boardwalk and went to Jellyrolls, just making it back in time for the midnight pick up. The kids did not get bored. They made Christmas decorations (it was December), they had their dinner, they played video games, played with toys and were half asleep watching movies when we picked them up.

Over the years my dd's have been to the Neverland club at the Poly, Simba's at the AKL and Camp Dolphin at the Dolphin and LOVED them all. The first one we tried was Simba's while DH and I enjoyed a meal at Jiko and after that they asked for a "night out" every trip.
