Child Authorization Form for Kids Club

Do I need to have my parents fill out a child authorization form or a form for them to be able to pull my daughters out of the kids clubs? They are not in our stateroom, but our reservations are linked. If there is a form to fill out, where in the world is it? I can’t seem to find it!

IIRC, when you register your children for the Oceaneers Club/Lab online, there is a spot to list who is allowed to pick up the children. Also, you create a password that you give to the CMs each time you pick up the children. Whoever will be picking the kids up needs to know that password.
