If my child's grandparents (who are FL residents), want to give my child an AP, is that okay to do? Would they get the FL AP rate for them? Do the grandparents have to be there with them to redeem the ticket/voucher?

An adult with FL ID would have to be there to pick it up. A regular AP voucher would be OK. I wouldn't do will call because they would want to see the purchaser's ID.

Technically no. The child is supposed to be a FL resident. However since you don't need an ID for the actual child, as long as an adult with a FL ID is there to pick up the voucher, you could do it. But technically, no, they're not supposed to have one.
