Where do you go for Chicken Wings? Do you get breaded or un-breaded? What kind of sauce, Hot or Mild? We go to a place near our vets called "Rickey's" and just discovered "Mineos". Better than Rickeys!;)

I've been making my own buffalo wingsand just make plain wings too. We love them as snacks. Great for the diet too.

I like breaded hot chicken wings best :)

And some celery and blue cheese dressing on the side, please ;)

There used to be a restaurant here called Carlo's Murphy's that had the best wings. They were broasted with a mild to medium sauce served with carrots, celery, blue cheese dressing and wazzoo garlic bread. They closed about five years or so ago and DH and I still talk about and miss going there after work!

There is this place called Frankies Wings and Things down there on the road near Port Canaveral(where the disney ship departs from) that has the best wings in the world! I usually get mild ones. Their sauce is the besta dn the combination of the blue cheese/ranch to dip in is awesome! They give you carrot sticks and celery.

Now I have to make sure that I make a trip there during my next trip to disney. I am now craving them! Thanks!

I've had wings from Frankies Zoe!! :) :) :)

I was painting a Wal Mart a few years back in Rockport and someone tipped me off that they were great- went and got some and they were! Best I can ever remember having. . :)

There's a place here called "The Ground Round" that has pretty good wings- it's part of a chain and a lot like a "Carlo's Murphy's" . . I like them medium with blue cheese and celery and lots of cold beer. . ;) :teeth:

My first exposure to wings was from the 'place that started it all', the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, so I've been a purist. No breading, plenty of celery, but keep that bleu cheese away--I'm allergic to it.

My DH, on the other hand, loves Hooters wings. I'll eat anything else there but don't like the wings. They're not buffalo wings with the breading.

Love my GranPappy for making wings at home...now I want some!

(and the best thing with wings is LeBatt's Black Label)

Hey PoohBear is it the Rickey's on Hlwd Blvd that you go to? A littl further east on the Blvd just before Dixie Hywy is a place called Wing n Curls on 24th ave. Very good. Rickey use to be really good but the've gone down hill in the last few years.
I also buy the Hooter sauce and flour from Albertson's and make my own. My family love them.

Yes it is, we went to Mineo's on Griffin Rd. last night, it was MUCH better than Rickeys!;) I have some leftover too.;) We might try Wings and Curls next time!;)

HOOTERS ! HOOTERS! HOOTERS! HOOTERS! HOOTERS ! HOOTERS! HOOTERS! HOOTERS!

from Schwans .....for a snack ...I put six in a circle on my paper plate and in three minutes I am burning my lips from the hot sauce...it is so good....if I want I do a few of those breaded mushrooms at the same time......and dip those in ranch dressing.....what a nice snack

In Dec I will have to make a trip to Frankies! I think the night I arrive, since it will be too late to hit the parks, we will go get wings! Want to join us Willy? LOL

I'm a Buffalo gal, so almost anywhere is good. The chains don't cook them right at all. We stick to the little pizza joints, they do them best. Lots of hot sauce and blue cheese - celery on the side.:D

Love wings. I make'm at home but Ground Round is good too.

Hold the blue cheese, I like ranch much better.

Hotter the better.

ZW and I were down in the Fla panhandle once at a place that bragged on their extra hot wings. When we ordered them the guy tried to warn us off, so I said I wanted the hottest they could make.

So we are munching back, there were nice and hot but not un-eatable and the cook comes out to see if we were really eating them. Nothing a extra beer or two couldn't tame.

We love wings. Every Fri. night we have pizza & wings from King of Pizza. They are not breaded. We get them hot with extra hot sauce on the side. There's also a place called Chicken Coop that makes really good wings in my area.

I make my own Atkins friendly buffalo wings, WebmasterAlex told me how to make them :teeth:
