chicken strips @ Tony's or CRT?

Hi! We are going in Nov. with my DD7's friend also 7. she is a very picky eater but my DD has her heart set on Tony's and her friend wants CRT (lunch was all I could get). Can we get chicken strips even if they are not on the menu? I have heard sometimes you can. Thanks
