Chicken Salads without the Chicken

I have been checking out many of the Disney CS menus and have come across a lot of interesting salads, many of which have chicken on them. As I enjoy salads but don't eat chicken, is it possible to order the salads without chicken on it (or are they all pre-packaged?). If a CS can easily remove the chicken, is there any chance that they reduce the price?

I know that Pecos Bills has a salad that I've had both with and without the chicken. Personally, I prefer it without.

Pecos Bill's serves its chicken salad as a "vegetarian salad"-but I wouldn't recommend it.
