Chicken Out Door

I have seen it here before, but cannot recall or find the post......where is the chicken out door for Tower of Terror?

When you start to load on the elevator, tell the bellhops that you want to check out. They will take you to a special elevator that will take you to the spot where everyone else gets off of the dropping elevators. You can wait there for your family and friends.
