Chicken nuggets for adults!!??

I am a local and just went to Epcot this Sunday, and hit MGM (Hollywood Studios now) on Monday. So far, every quick serve restaruant has replaced the adult chicken tenders for chicken nuggets. What is that about???

We are not happy with that change, and my poor father, who will only eat chicken tenders at WDW, has to eat processed nuggets. (They look processed to us, whether they actually are, is another story.)

Does anybody have the scoop on this?

Is this a temporary change or what???
