Chicken Morsels at San Angel Inn?

We are going to be eating at San Angel Inn on our upcoming trip and I really think I am going to try the Mole Poblano. The only problem is that the menu describes this as "grilled chicken breast served over a bed of chicken morsels".

I am really confused as to what chicken morsels are. I would think they are chicken breast chunks, but it already comes with chicken breast.

Anyone tried this dish or have any insight?
