FJ is not a roller coaster, nor does it invert. It is not at all like RnR or SM.
You are in a 4-person ride vehicle on the end of a robotic arm which is itself on a moving "omni-mover" type track. You will be swung smoothly around into all positions: looking almost straight down, looking straight up, and everywhere in between. There are three simulator-type segments where you are looking at fast-moving scenes projected onto a visual dome (also moving, but motionless relative to you) in front of you. I believe these sim-type segments are what make most people ill. All other parts of the ride are traditional dark ride scenes, although they are closer to you in this ride than in any other dark ride I've been on.
It is most

, but not recommended if you have much aversion to sim-type rides.
