I don't use bone-in chicken breasts but here are some of my faves.
chicken
2 cans diced or stewed tomatoes
italian seasonings to taste (or McCormick Italian Herb chicken for slow cookers packet)
cut up pepper, mushrooms and onions
put in crockpot over chicken, cook all day and serve over rice
chicken
1 jar salsa
1 can black beans (rinsed)
add 1 brick cream cheese for last 30 minutes
chicken
1 jar salsa
brown sugar
spicy mustard
Mix salsa, brown sugar and mustard together. (I don't measure, I go by taste so I would start off with a Tbsp of sugar and 1/4 tbsp of mustasrd and go from there).
Pour mixture over chicken; cook all day
When I make the last 2, I make alot and have it over rice the first night and then shred the chicken for either tacos or enchilada filling for another
We do BBQ chicken legs alot too. After they come out of the crockpot I throw them on the grill or pop them in the oven on broil.
When I don't have any meal planned, I just throw cut up chicken in the crockpot with 2 cans of cream soup and serve over egg noodles.
