Tikiman posted that a marinated chicken has replaced the pork now at 'Ohana.

Chicken thighs are also a lot cheaper! Coincidence? Sorry but I just had to be a little bit snarky, this weather we are having in NY is doing things to my mind.Great move in my book. Love chicken. I always felt the pork could get dried out. I also read it is a marinated chicken thigh they have replaced it with. Which will help with the drying out because chicken thighs seem to retain moisture because it is a dark meat and more fatty compared to chicken breast and the pork that was previously used and would tend to get dried out quickly if overlooked.
.
I don't like chicken thighs either. They might as well just keep the pork.thighs? I was excited to hear chicken, but was hoping for the white meat back.
Not a fan of dark meat, but might give it a try once........better than no chicken at all
So what is the menu at Ohana?

We ate dinner there this last Saturday and the pork was still there and no chicken (other then the chicken wings).Tikiman posted that a marinated chicken has replaced the pork now at 'Ohana.

I'll miss the yummy pork, but not the dry pork. And with chicken I'm a dark meat girl anyhow, I prefer wings and legs and thighs. I'm willing to give this a chance!
