There is one just past Downtown Disney on I believe Vineland. I am terrible at the street names in Orlando but if you search for the Vista Way Apartment complex (the CP housing) the Chick Fil A is right next to that.

I go at least once a week when I'm working and it take 5 minutes to get back to DTD and about 15 to a park.

None of the Chik Fil a are open on Sunday.

There is also a Chik Fil a at the end of Turkey Lake Rd (Sand Lake and Turkey Lake).

There is one 5 minutes from Animal Kingdom. Just stay on the left side of Osceola parkway as you pass the entrance to Animal Kingdom to the right, when you get to the traffic light turn left onto Sherbeth road, when you get to the next light, turn right on West Irlo Bronson Memorial highway, drive about 2 minutes and you will find the Chick Fil A on the right side.

Just got back its in the main terminal building in the main food court. Between terminals A and B.

Is this walking distance from DTD or do you need to drive?

You would need to drive.

Depending on the time of day it may take awhile. Took 15 minutes to get from DTD to 535 yesterday.
