Chicago Marathon - Team in Training - Fundraising requirements?

Does anyone know the fundraising threshold for out of state participants for Team in Training for the Chicago Marathon?

The fundraising requirements vary from chapter to chapter. They have a 75% threshold into the charity, this means that if your travel costs 1000 you have to raise 4000. I've done 5 seasons with them they are a wonderful organization.

I'm currently running on a team that does not pay for anything but has a 91% threshold into research, 100% into the charity. I may have some race fees reimbursed.
