Hi
Airfare at the moment is much cheaper for me flying out of Chicago vs Milwaukee.

But, need ideas on the best way to handle the transport down there so that I don't use up the airfare savings.

There are 5 of us so it is not worth it to take a bus down.

Last time when I got crazy good airfare out of Chicago($89 plus tax), we stayed over at a hotel and left our car there. Wasn't the greatest hotel- maybe a Days Inn? and it cost around $80.

It would probably cost us at least that much to park at the airport.

Any brilliant $ saving ideas??

Are you flying out of O'Hare or Midway? You can email me the specifics at disneycruise@yahoo.com if you want because we fly to Orlando twice a month. For O'Hare, we get a suite hotel via Hotwire (it's usually the Candlewood, which is nice) and then park at an offsite lot with a coupon, which is cheaper than the park and fly rates. At Midway, there is a section of hotels with a shuttle bus, but if you don't want to do park and fly, Midway Park Savers is a good lot near the bus/train station entrance. You can just walk to the airport from that lot, and there is a discount coupon online for it.
