Chicago DIS meet pictures

Kim Raye and some of her family and Jeff Fulcer and his family got together for an afternoon of the Disney on Ice show here in Chicago a few weeks back. As always, the DIS folks here in Chicago need little excuse to get together for a DIS meet, I think we do maybe four to six a year. We were able to muster up a nice group on fairly short notice and had a fun evening at one of our favorites here, Gino's. And here are a few pictures from then, albeit a bit late (sort of busy here of late)

Always nice with the DIS kids around, here are Kim Raye's DD, Kelly, Jeff Fulcer's DD, Brittany, and Kim's niece, Zoe. And they were not at the Genuine Draft table.

Here at their first DIS meet are Stitchfans (Susan), her DD, Allison, who signed on to the DIS shortly after the meet as StitchfansJr. (Hi Allison ) and hubby, John.

And then we have piglet too (Kirsten), hubby, Dewain, and DD, Lauren. Lauren looks a bit sleepy here, but this was soon after they got there, she was fine in a short time. Ahhhh, the days of resting in the car.

Next is Hersey (Janice), her DS, Alex, and Lady M (Marie). Jeff is hovering in the background there, probably looking at one of his kids dumping spaghetti or something.

Roseprincess (Rose Marie)(what a great smile), her hubby, Don, DS, Matthew, and DD, Chrissy. Good to see you guys again. Actually, good to see everyone again.

Allison (StitchfansJr) won the top award in her school science fair and brought it with to show us all at the meet. It was a neat report on left/right handedness of cats. Very cool, Allison, and again, congratulations.

Yes, I agree. I'd like to have one, too. I'm sure I'd have lots of people interested in the locale , but the large body of water that surrounds us might be a major deterrent in getting here.

Not sure where nwdisgal lives, Beth, but you are there in Michigan, LOTS of DIS'ers live there. Head over to the meet board and get a meet going. Make sure to post here on the CB also, as very few people ever look at the meet board and most won't even know about it. Link the two threads to each other.
