sad that Menuri Kawasaki is no longer a Cub and Matty Szczur soon to follow ..but the business end takes hold and those guys want to play. No options left for Szczur or I am sure he would stay. Wish it was LaStella going instead but he can still be sent down if needed. I'd rather see Ian Happ get LaStella's spot.
Lot's of last minute roster positioning before opening day. Keeping fingers crossed Addie will be ready. Anyone watch Reign Men? Pretty cool. Will be on again next week on CSN, I think.

We don't get CSN, so I've missed Reign Men .

same here...Kawasaki *may* make his way back somehow, but for now, not a Cub. If Matty had any options left I think they would try and keep him but at least we can send LaStella down if needed (well, 2x's) Not sure why Joe likes him so much other than being a lefty hitter...Happ is switch , way more valuable IMHO. Happ in the congested outfield que tho. Bummer you can't get CSN..I have it on now with the Cubs/Giants game. They just showed Rossy visiting in the dugout. DWTS is in Vegas. JHEY just hit a double! WOO-HOO! Now Riz needs to get him home! JHey started a rally! We were down 5-2 now up 6-5 Ian Happ gets us the lead RBI again!

Today would have been my grandfather Sam's (my mother's father's) 91st birthday. A lifelong Cubs fan, he didn't live long enough to see the Boys in Blue win the World Series, having died in 2006.
