Good morning. It's a little nippy out.

Slo How is your little neighbor? It is always scarey when it hits someone so young.

Sam I think I missed you I hope you and your family has a great cruise.

Last night Kevin and I went to the wake for the 37 year old man that died unexpectadely - it was so sad!!!! His poor family is so devostated, and his mom is especially devostated - so sad!!! It was not an easy wake to go to last night.

My neighbors DD is still in the hospital It scary to think that a spider bite can do this to her I doubt she'll be home until next week.

Please continue to keep these families in your thoughts and prayers - they need them.

HERSEY - It is always hard to hear of a small child not being well, and especially in the hospital. I feel so bad for her mom because she is expecting their second girl, and she has got to be exhausted. I wish I could just give her a hug!!!

Slo -- I'm so sorry to hear about the 37 year old. Also, for your neighbors poor DD.

Ratboy -- I hope your DD has fun.

Kirsten (piglet too) -- Sorry to hear about your knee. Ouch at the Jewel store.

I had my dentist appt. yesterday and scheduled my extraction for Jan. 2. So, let's hope the temporary holds until then and I am painfree until then because I don't have the $$ for the first phase anyway NOR do I have the time between all the kids stuff that starts up now. They do it in 3 phases (actually 4 since you have to go back to your regular dentist to get the actual top part put on for the implant). I was completely shocked to learn though that they do everything basically using Novicane. I can handle Novicane. I thought for sure they would knock you out for the implant part, guess not.

I was at Partner's day with DD yesterday at school. That was fun. It was a zoo because it was both 7th & 8th graders and both schools. We snuck out early because I had to pick the boys up from school & a reporter was coming in then, so stopped and asked us some questions. Our quotes made it to the paper. I felt guilty though as we were sneaking out early & I feel like we got "caught" -- although I signed DD out right in front of the Principal so it wasn't as if I was really sneaking out.

I finally got pictures uploaded from Halloween. Since I talked about making DD's and DS-10's costumes, here they are (plus the "pillowcases" I had to make ON Halloween):

Hello! Sorry to be such a stranger. Just wanted to let you all know the girl's are fine and mom is good.

Well Ashley Lynn was born 10/6/2007 at 9:22pm 7lb oz and 19.5 in.

Today is an outside day here at the slo house.
I have lots and lots to do today - cut down hostas & daylilies, pull out dead flowers, put away pool furniture, & etc. It's going to be a nice day, so I'm actually looking forward to it


Donna - That wake was difficult, especially since the man in the casket was the same age as Kevin

Please pray for us. Roman was admitted to the hospital this morning. I am beating myself up, waiting for someone to get here to watch the kids so I can head out there. Sal took him to the ER last night and his breathing has only decreased since then. I'm a wreck and figured that typing out somethign to friends could help. Please keep us in your thoughts today. They are hoping to get him stabilize him today, but they were taking him for tests, so Sal had to hang up. Thanks guys.
