This is my last full post until Tuesday
I will stop by tomorrow morning for a very very quick goodbye

Today I have to work all day. Then afterwards, I have to meet Kevin at the body shop to drop off my van to have the bumper replaced while we are gone. Then we are going out to dinner so I can go home and get myself and the girls ready for bed. We are leaving early tomorrow morning, and I need my beauty rest (But we aren't leaving as early as Nicole)

Poor Stephanie started crying yesterday about us leaving Katie, on the other hand, is like this about us leaving She is so excited to stay with the Grandmas.

Debbie - I'm so sorry to hear that your DH is sick I'll send him lots of PD for him to get better soon, and for you to be able to sleep in your own bed again soon

Michelle -

Crissup - Tell me about Alexanders Steak House. We are always looking for another good steak house to eat at (Kevin loves steak).

Bunchkin - I haven't made a carry-on bag yet (and I'm not totally sure if I"m going to). Part of me wants to, and part of me doesn't (that full moon Sam has been talking about is starting to affect me)
**Tell Tony he can come over and see the museum/basement someday

Tiggerrnn - He doesn't work there, he collects the toys for his sister who started this organization. If you would like, I can meet you somewhere, or you can save them until a DIS Meet and then I can take them for you. I then give them to him, and he gives them to his sister

Kim - I bet Kelly is so excited about Dancing with the Stars Have fun when you go - when do you go?

Good Morning everyone!!


ONE MORE DAY TO GO!!!

I can't believe it!!
I still have a lot of things to do around the house though.
I've written out so many lists for my sister for when she is here (per her request, so she doesn't forget anything!). So far the kids seem to be fine. I think Lauren will be the one who will have a break down later today.
My sister is taking the kids to Chucky Cheese tomorrow for lunch. So they are super excited about that! And it will be a good distraction.


slo The only reason we are bringing a carryon bag is so that I have something to throw my bag into that I carry on the plane when we get to the resort, then we can lock it up and give to them to hold till our cabin is ready. It's a really small carryon anyway, so it won't be a big deal to bring it on the plane.
I hope Stephanie will be ok when you leave. Hopefully she will still be sleeping and you can slip out of the house.


Kim Kelly must be so excited!! And new clothes too!!
Lauren is just getting over a cold, but should be ok while we are gone.

Mac I can never go anywhere at the end of a qtr, so September or march doesn't work..Unless i change jobs, then everything is up for grabs... But cheering you on for win the next challange..

Hello, it's me Miss Indecisive this week. And hey, if I can't blame it on the full moon then I have to blame it on myself!

Well, I'm still not anywhere near making a decision about when or where to go only that I know I still want to go in June to Disneyland. Now, I think I may try to wait and see if WDW is going to do free dining in the fall. I keep trying to squeeze this vacation into April, but it would be peak season pricing and I just don't want to give them that much money for three days. So, I think I'm good on that! I know Megan would love to do one of those MNSSHP's so that may be a good plan.

Speaking of the moon, it sure was a beauty last night wasn't it. I even sort of drove home the long way so I could spend a minute or two longer gazing upon it! Sure doesn't feel much like January out there, but I know if I say that too loud, it will all change... so I'm whispering.

Slo and Bunchkin, have a great trip to the world. Bunchkin if DH gets on your nerves, don't forget about that Murphy bed. I know what you mean about missing the kids because Dan & I took a cruise when Megan was three and she stayed with my mom & dad. I was fine after I got underway, but the days leading up to the trip were hard. Then the last couple days on the cruise were hard because I was anxious to get home and see my baby! After that, I promised not to travel without her again.

So, that's all for now, I may check back later after I catch up here at work!

I just got done printing out my boarding passes with SW.
And I got group B!! It's my fault though, I was so busy doing things first thing this morning that I forgot to print them out earlier!! RATS!!!
Oh well, at least it's just me and DH. It's harder to board the plane with 2 kids in tow and all their stuff.


Since I have my new computer and a new memory card for my camera that can hold a ton of pics, I'm going to try to download them all when I get back so I can share our trip with all of you!!
I haven't done pics on the DIS in years!!


Well, back to laundry and vacuuming!!! Woohooo!!!

For those of you contemplating an October trip, watch out for the week of Columbus Day. We were there that week this past October, and several area schools had off Monday and then Thurs and Friday of that week for whatever these days that they get days off for. Anyway, 2 years before we went the end of October and it was much less crowded and I'd image the first week would be good, too. Although, neither were near as crowded as summer, so there you go.
I'd love to go again but think I'd do the last week of Sept. Maybe get the free food as well as the MNSSHP.
How is everyone today? Was hoping for another nice day, but alas, it's raining. Going downstairs to finish my putting away holiday decor project.

We always go in the beginning of October and we love it! It can be hot but I just love it there for the small crowds and the Halloween party. Now we are thinking of the beginning of November and we are nervous. Never have done that time. We have gone in May too and liked it. It was ealry May. Very nice.

The only small crowd I saw was the night of MNSSHP.
And there was one day when we cruised through almost every ride in Fantasyland. But other then that the 1st week of Oct was semi-crowded.
Of course the free food was the insentive to go then!

Packing is about complete. Cleaning on the other hand is slow.
I don't want to leave a messy house for my sister.
I always clean the house before a vacation. It's a sickness!
