Chic-fil-a points

Chic-fil-a changed their nutritional info. The regular sandwich that was 6 points is now 9. They're good but not worth spending 9 points on!!

Where do get nutritional info from restaurants to figure out points?

Almost all fast food restaurants have a website listing the nutritional info. I usually do a google search to find it.

ALSO www.dwlz.com is great. She has points for almost every restaurant chain.
