Chewbacca?

My five year old would be floating on a cloud if he could meet Chewbacca (or any other Star Wars characters) outside of Star Tours during our trip this year. Many years ago, my husband and I ran into Chewy, but we're not sure if these characters still make appearances at MGM. Does anyone know if they do?

I haven't seen any Star Wars characters in Disney lately. Maybe they are there and I just havent seen them

We saw Darth Vader and storm troopers outside Star Tours in July.

The only time we've seen them is during Star Wars Weekends.

Unfortunately though, that picture - taken in a September - is about 10 years old.

When I asked two years ago, I was told that Chewie and the Ewok were not out at any time other than Star Wars Weekends. Then again they also said at that time that they never have been; INSISTED that they never had been. LIES!

Some people have said that recently they have seen Darth Vader in the park (especially the exit for Star Tours) and in the daytime parade. ask a CM at the ride itself as Chewie was not on the character schedule.
