Thanks again to all who responded to my post about how I purchased floor tickets to a Cher concert, not realizing that everyone on the floor stands and the kids we are bringing probably wouldn't have a chance at seeing anything. I was considering heeding your suggestions to buy different tickets and try to sell mine. Then it occured to me to call ticket master and plead my sob story to them. Lo and behold, she traded me and e-mailed me new tickets, still in the higher priced section but not on the floor. I am so thrilled to have this resolved, the solution was so obvious and simple but because it says no refunds/exchanges on the tickets it took a while before it occurred to me to call.
Actually, the first preson I spoke with did say absolutely no way could I get new tickets, but I did convince her to put me thru to someone else who did. There was plenty of begging and groveling involved, but it was completely worth it. Thank you ticketmaster...your awesome!
