Chef's table questions.

We were lucky enought to get a saturday night ressie for V&A's chef table, the questions I have are when will they be contacting us and what questions will they be asking? Will they be asking us the question and calling us back for answers, how does it all work? Any help would be great and any other info or insight would be helpful.

They have never contacted us, so not sure what questions they would be asking.

They probably already took your names when you made the reservation, you have to confirm with in a certain number of hours before your reservation, other than that you should be good to go, unless you have food alergies or need a special menu. The chef goes over most everything like that when he introduces himself to you that evening.

Lucky enough to do the CT twice. The first time they called more to confirm names, spellings, etc. There was a little question about allergies or special food requests (like no seafood) but that was about it. Enjoy.
