Okay...I am having a mental block....tomorrow I call to try for the Chef's Table do I call WDW-DINE like I would for the dining room of V&A or do I call a different number....if so what is it? HELP FAST> Thank you and for all the dis-gods out there cross your fingers and pray. I hope I get it.:scared:

Yes, you will be able to make your ressie via the normal dinning number. (WDW-DINE). Although this number may be the best to use 407-939-7707

YAY!!!!!!! I got it!!!!!! Krolyat you were so right both my future DH and I got through on that line as the first 2 callers and we will be eating at the chef's table on Sunday June 7th 2009 on our Honeymoon. Disboard you rock!:grouphug:

Be sure to come back after your honeymoon and tells us all about it! It's one place I'd love to go, but have never been able to. Maybe in a few years for our 15th anniversary......

I am so excited I can't believe I got it on the first try....I expected it to be so much harder....but I think it was luck. I will most certainly bring back the pics and learn how to post them here and go into huge detail over the experience. :goodvibes We are there 10 nights so I will have lots to tell....I just wish I could make my other ADRS as I am past the 180 +10 now :headache: If my luck hold out though I should be fine.

Congrats! That's great to hear...don't forget to tell us all about your experience. Congrats on the marriage & honeymoon :woohoo:

Congrats on getting the Chef's Table and also on your upcoming wedding. We celebrated our 10th anniversary in October at V&A's and it was wonderful.

WE WILL BE EATING AT THE CHEF'S TABLE 2 DAYS AFTER YOU ON OUR HONEYMOON!!! CRAZY!!!

What is the chef's table?:confused3

The Chefs Table is the hidden gem of Disney. At Victoria and Albert's there is a table in the kitchen that gets one sitting each night with I think 2 nights off when you can't eat there. It is a 10-13 course meal where you get to watch everything the chefs are doing. It is the most difficult dining reservation to get because of the one sitting each night, the first person to get through in the morning that wants it gets it and everyone else is out of luck. Now I have never eaten at this spot but reviews here and on the travel channel show that it is truly a wonderful culinary experience. Mister Disney did a review awhile back and I know others have as well. Did I miss anything for those who have done this to explain what it is?

Congratulations!! We were like you. We ate at the chef's table on our honeymoon and got the ADR on the first try. You will not be disappointed! It's the experience of a lifetime.
