Chef's Table anywhere besides V&A?

Are there any other restaurants that offer a Chef's Table type experience besides V&A? I have seen the exhibition kitchen at Jiko (Samantha Brown did this on Travel Channel) - is this just a happenstance reservation or is this something to request? Any other restaurants (CG, Citricos, etc) have something unique or interactive?

Thanks for your help!

I know places like Jiko host occasional signature dinners (during F&W or for DDE) but I think V&A is the only Chef's Table at WDW. FWIW.

Sit at the Chef's counter at Flying Fish. The food is usually almost as good as V&A's at 1/4 of the price. The cooks are usually very nice over there.

For some reason I thought Citricos had something similiar to what Samantha Brown was doing at Napa Rose on that Seasons of Disney show on Friday. Not 100% sure.

Citricos offers something called the Chef's Domaine, but I've never really heard much about it and have not had a chance to try it myself.

Cittricos has the Chef's Domaine. We've never done it nor have I read a review of it but it has a minimum cost for the table IIRC.

At CG, you can sit at the sushi bar area and watch I think. Same kind of thing at Jiko and Flying Fish. I've never noticed a seating area like that at Citricos...in fact I don't think it exists as you do walk by the open kitchen area and I've never seen any seats there. Of course, maybe it's changed recently.

Citricos is the only other resturant in WDW to have a version of the chefs table.

The Chef's Domain at Citricos is a 6-course meal in a private dining room that seats up to 12 guests. According to WDW's official website, "two seatings in The Chef's Domain are available Wednesday through Saturday; reserve early."

My understanding is that you have to book the whole room. So, if you can assemble a group of 12, it could be an interesting dining opportunity.

You might also want to look into La Coquina Chef's Table at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. It's off-site, near Downtown Disney.

But is it really a version of a chef's table (takes place near the kitchen with interaction)? From descriptions like the one Horace included, it doesn't sound like it.:confused3 Have you dined there, Haley?

Private dining rooms are also available at the CG and Jiko. The one at Jiko is called Cape Town Wine Room. One at CG is something like the Sonoma Room. I think they're intended for larger groups and are not interactive like Chef's Table or the dining bar at Napa Rose where Samantha Brown dined.
