Hi Everyone!!
I was just wondering if how Chefs de France is??? I looked over the menu and it looks good. If anyone has been there and can comment on this restaurant that would be great TIA:goodvibes

We did it 2 years ago and loved it. DD was upset that they didn't have A-1 for her steak, but other than that, it is on our "must consider" list. I'd call it a "must go," but we sometimes can't get in! It is definitely on our top 4 list.

We last went about a year and a half ago. Teen kids were not especially thrilled with the menu. They were too old for the kids menu, but did not really have the palate to enjoy the adult menu. The restaurant did not seem very "kid friendly" in general. The manager did not seem to tolerate little ones very well. That being said,if you are going w/o kids then I say go for it, as my DH and I enjoyed our dinners, and welcome a quiet dinner when we can. By the way, the kids had no problem downing the desserts.

I did it in October with my ASD/ADHD DS4. He was very well tolerated and accommodated by both staff and other diners. The food was delicious and LCdF is now a favorite of ours. We have 2 ADRs planned for our next trip.

The food is very good. The service varies. Some of their staff are students from France, and if they are still in training, the service can be extremely slow and inefficient. I speak from recent personal experience (last week). If your server announces that he/she is a new hire, either ask for a different table, or be prepared for a very long meal. After one hour, we had been served drinks and appetizers only, our main course order had not been taken, and our server was nowhere to be seen. So, even though we were on the Deluxe Plan, we asked for our bill and left. It was the worst service we had on our entire nine-day Disney trip, and we are not difficult people.

We had an ADR for dinner one night during Easter week. It was the first time available after opening and the service was very good. We were in and out of there in about an hour without feeling rushed at all. Everyone in my family really enjoyed their meal including my parents and little brother (12). I enjoy trying new restaurants when I go but would definitely like to eat here again in the future.

Just back, service was good and food was good. Wait time to be seated - a bit long but that was to be expected for the time we were there.

Loved Chef de France. Have enjoyed the meals both times we have been there.;)

I know I'm the dissenter here but I don't have it on our "must do" list. We were last there in October.

I think the food is good, but not exceptional. Usually our service isn't that great and it can be noisy with tables very close together. I'm not exaggerating when I say there was about 4 - 6 inches between our table and the table of the couple next to us. It's hard to enjoy an Anniversary dinner when there is absolutely no privacy.

It's not that I wouldn't go there again -- I would. I just wouldn't go on every trip or put it on a must go list.

Chefs is not that great at all - subpar food (children's meals are unedible), mostly bad service (many rude CMs here), very crowded (ITA IllumFan) and noisy.

We have given it several chances now, and will not go back for awhile as it doesn't make for a good experience at all.

My mom and I went back in September and really enjoyed it. It was a terribly rainy day but the food was great. Service seemed to be a bit slow but nothing that took away from the meal.

Just ate here on Friday and loved it! Food was great, service was great! Our waitress was adorable and very attentive!
