There is an entire Remy attraction at Disneyland Paris, including a Remy ride and the Bistrot Chez Remy. Heavenly.

I was aware that there's a ride and restaurant-- they're part of why we'd love to see the Paris park and why we're planning on a WDW trip in 2020! But does the little animatronic Remy appear at the Paris restaurant?
