Celebrity Chef Todd English to Debut Latest Book at Second Annual Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic Oct. 7 & 8

The Second Annual Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel returns Oct. 7 - 8 with even more food, drink, and seminars. Highlighting the event will be the appearance of celebrity chef Todd English on both evenings who will be debuting his latest book Cooking In Everyday English: The A, B, Cs of Great Flavor At Home. Attendees will be able to purchase the book and have an opportunity to have it signed. The book becomes available to general public on Oct. 11.

The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic consists of seven beverage seminars, live entertainment and more than 30 food and beverage stations featuring appetizing selections from restaurants, including Shula’s Steak House, Il Mulino New York Trattoria and Todd English’s bluezoo as well as wines, beers, and cocktails from around the world.

When: Friday, Oct. 7 and Saturday, Oct. 8

5:30pm – 9:00pm – Tasting Stations Open on Causeway

Personally, I think Blue Zoo is one of the best restaurants in the Disney area. The menu is very creative. I would love Todd' new book. Interestingly enough, as a last minute we will be at Disney on the 7 and 8th, DS(15) is running a 3k there with his HS cross country team.
