Chef TJ

Is Chef TJ still at Trail's End? I know he moves around a bit and wondered if he was still there or had moved to a new location? My daughter has just be diagnosed with celiac's and we were hoping to have dinner wherever he currently it working.

Yes, as of last month. There has been a ton of these questions recently, his popularity is becoming massive.

He should still be. Disney tries to keep his location as quiet as possible though. As someone who has grown up with celiac and also loves Chef TJ, I hope your daughter does get to meet him on your trip! You should also look into dining with Chef Ken at The Plaza at MK. He's just as amazing as Chef TJ and deserves the love and attention too!

Thanks for the info! I've never heard of Chef Ken. With mostly sandwiches selections at The Plaza, we didn't have it on our list!

We love Chef Ken with our tree nut allergy daughter. It was their first question when we told them we are going, "are we going to see Chef Ken?" It was 4 years ago since our last trip.

We have thought before that my son would be as happy with an autograph book for the chefs as for characters . We have hoped to come across Chef TJ but haven't yet. Our quest did help us discover the great lunch at Trails End. Now adding Chef Ken to our list. We thought we needed to avoid The Plaza. Great tip.

I've been wanting a meal at Chef TJ's location for years, and hopefully the stars will align this weekend! We have reservations on Sunday at Trail's End at 5pm, which should put us between Hoop Dee Doo servings.

We love Chef TJ! We always make a special trip to Trail's End on our trips. His dessert tower is the highlight of my son's week (he has gluten and dairy allergies). We always try to go around 5pm in between Hoop Dee Doo times, and it has worked out well. We've had him at least 75% of the time.

Chef Steven took good care of us, but it was nothing like the reports I've seen of TJ's creations.

I love Chef Ken at the Plaza. And even if he isn't there, the plaza has a great gluten free brownie and ice cream desert. They will also work with you if something isn't on the gluten free menu.
