We are arriving mid afternoon and wanted to start our trip out with dinner here. I was wondering how late I could make PS's and still be assured of seeing the characters. Would hate to get in late and miss our first meal so I would like to have a cushion.

I believe they take PSs up to about 9:00 pm. And the characters will be there the entire time. I've had many late dinners and always had ample time with the characters and never felt rushed.
