Chef Mickey's to Magic Kingdom for MNSSHP?

What's the fastest way to get from CM to MNSSHP? I know the party starts at 7, but before I knew my family wanted to go to MNSSHP I made an ADR for 7pm at CM. I've been trying to bump it up, but no luck. Family won't give up CM, so we're planning on getting to CM a little early to be sitted as soon as possible. What's the best way to get to MK after dinner? I know I should know the answer, but am just not sure!

The monorail ! Keep checking and hopefully you can get into CM sooner! I would hate for you to miss a minute of the MNSSHP!

What about this....I'm not sure if I understand so please correct me if I'm wrong...

We could do breakfast one day at Chef Mickey's. That way we are still going during our trip. And then eat dinner at a counter service at MNSSHP (we got a list of open restaurants with our MNSSHP tickets). That would make us short one day of CS, but if we paid OOP for ds (since his meals are only 3.99) on a few days and have one day left over for a CS meal for the three of us. Is that right, legit?
