I just booked a reservation at Chef Mickey's for 15min. before close (10:45am and restaurant closes at 11am). Will we feel rushed to leave? Also, will we still get the same quality of character interaction? There was no availability earlier that morning. Thanks!!

We had a 1030am two years ago, and honestly it was no problem. The only real thing I did notice was that the food buffet was changing over for lunch. We were there over free dining and they had opened up lunch times during that period. We actually had more time with the characters because as the tables emptied, they were not filled!!:cool1: So in my opinion, you will be just fine.

I agree with Stitch! We did this at 1900 PF last September - I think we were their last booking time. It just means that's their last seating. We had no trouble with the buffet running out or looking 'sad'. The characters really were amazing - we too felt like we had extra time with them. And everyone seemed relaxed / happy.

We had such a great time at 1900 during our 'late breakfast' / early lunch (breakfast food) that we booked for the same time again this year!

Go forth and have fun!

You'll be fine. On the website they say that Chef Mickeys is open until 11:30 a.m., so you probably just have the last seating time.

ETA - Just went in and searched again, looking for an 11am reservation (in January, so not a busy time), and you can even sit down at 11:15am. For anyone interested - lots of availability for January 7th apparently

We like to book just before close because we seem to get better character interaction, I even got Mickey and Minnie together which was cool. :goodvibes
