It's about the same at both meals.

imo, the food is better at breakfast than at dinner. The dinner was just so-so, imo but breakfast was really good. The plus side for me was that they serve salmon/lox and capers! The only place I've seen it served for breakfast. That alone was worth the price for me.

we ate at chef mickeys last week and it was great not a huge selection but food was hot and good. desserts were average but good sundae bar. character interaction was great my 12 yr old twins had a great time. we had a 930pm res. time and the characters came to our table at least 5 times each. my boys made me promise next time we do this rest again. tried to get in again during trip but could not. Goofy who is my sons fav even had a ticlke fight with him my son and chip and dale. this made my sons trip.

We had the last seating time for breakfast and had amazing character interaction. We were a bit worried that the service and food would be bad because of our seating time, but no.....it was really good. Food was fresh and yummy. Our server was really nice. We practically had the characters to ourselves.
