Chef Mickey's Question

Hi all,

Has anyone had experience eating dinner at Chef Mickey's followed by the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Cruise? I would sure love to be able to schedule these back to back. What time should I get a dinner res? What time does Pirates and Pals start?

I have done both, but I personally would not schedule them back to back. CM is a buffet and I tend to love food too much to pass up a full plate at a buffet. The Pirates & Pals is amazing and our family had a great time with this. However, before you set 'sail', there is an AMAZING array of desserts, snacks, drinks, etc. Just speaking for me, I could never do CM and then eat all the fun stuff at Pirates & Pals too. Everyone's different though.

As far as the time P&P starts, that depends on when Wishes is scheduled. There's no good way for me to tell you when to schedule your ressie for CM. No matter what you decide. Have a great time!!

I've got to agree with DWillowBay here. Scheduling any Dessert Party event directly after eating somewhere else is a bad idea. I ditched a BOG dinner rezzie on Friday the 29th at 6:40 PM because I also had Tomorrowland Dessert Party ADR at 9:00. That would have given us about an hour after dinner before the big AYCE dessert Buffet. Bad Idea.

It's a great party your are scheduling. Make it count! and stuff some leftovers in your bag for later

I agree with the pp's. We did the Hoop Dee Doo Review, and then Pirates and Pals right afterwards. We were so STUFFED we couldn't enjoy the tasty spread before we set sail! When I booked it I only thought of the close proximity of the two and thought it'd be a good way to cap off the night. If I had it to do over I would do a late lunch/really early dinner. Then there would be plenty of room for the yummy dessert buffet.
