Chef Mickey's or Donald's Safari?

Hi all,

We have ADR's to Crystal Palace breakfast and was thinking one more character breakfast might be a good idea....originally I thought Donald's Safari (prior to AK day), but since Chef Mickey's is a close boat ride( staying at WL) is that a better option before our 2nd MK day? We're really only interested in breakfast and don't like other buffets.

We have been to both and like both but Chef Mickey's would be our choice if we could only choose one. We like the food options better at Chef Mickey's and we like that we can see all our favorites at Chef Mickey's.

We have also been to both and liked both. We went to Donald's Safari before AK opened and the kids loved that. It was great to be done with breakfast and one of the first families in AK. We ran right over to the Safari. To us Chef Mickey has to be done at least once - breakfast or dinner. The main characters and the kids love the atmosphere. Since you are staying at WL I think a quick boat ride to Chef Mickey and then walk to MK sounds great.

Chef Mickey's it is! Thanks! Our ADR at the Safari wasn't until 0910 anyway so we're probably better off anyway.

We did the same thing when we went to Donal's Safari breakfast both times we went. It was the best time going on the safari in the morning like that! I have been in the afternoon too and we found for some reason the morning we viewed more animals! We have been doing the DXDDP each trip this year so we have been lucky to be able to try a lot of different restaurants!

Donald's Breakfast Safari in Really good!!
I love all the food, characters were fun, atmosphere was very
adventurous. I also liked that we could eat there on our AK
day and not have to go to a resort before going to a park.
