We are a group of 4 (me, dh, my bro and mom) adults and want some character interaction just for fun. Last year we did CP breakfast and loved it mostly because the food was awesome and it was so organized. We also did the old breakfastourus. We enjoyed the characters but did not love the food and the place was very roudy for my brother who perfers quietness:scared1: Dh and I had done 1900 park fare for breakfast and dinner and perfered breakfast but want to try somthing new. I should mention we perfer the classic characters this time (we have CP scheduled for dinner before mnsshp) and we all have AP's.

So what do you all recommend for a bunch of overgrown kids????

Cape May, pretty much the same menu, but less money

You have goofy, minnie, mickey, etc at CM

For a group of adults I would pick breakfast at Cape May Cafe.

It doesn't seem nearly as rushed to me, and is much quieter. You don't get the "Fab 5" but you will have Minnie, Goofy and Chip&Dale, all in their beachware. Goofy and Chip&Dale really have a lot of fun with everyone in the restaurant, adults included, and they just seem to have more time to spend with everyone. Minnie is a very gracious hostess!

While we enjoy the food at both places, there seems to be a bit better variety at Cape May -- though it could just be the way it is presented. The buffet seems much easier to access and isn't as broken up as at Chef Mickey's/

Have a great trip!

IMO the food at cape may is better and I don't have to wave my napkin around.:confused3

Another vote for Cape May,good food and much quieter.

I vote for Cape May :goodvibes. The characters are dressed in beach clothes, the atmosphere at the BC is great, and it's not as loud as Chef Mickey's. Cape May is always a must do for us every trip :).

My husband and I love Cape May for breakfast...our favorite character meal. It's a much more relaxed atmosphere, and slower paced experience. The food is typically wonderful, and all the servers we have encountered here have been so pleasant.

Another vote for Cape May. We are in a minority that doesn't "love" Chef Mickeys. The atmosphere at Cape May is better for adults I think and the food choices seem to be displayed in a nicer way
