I was reading below and someone said it's hard to get to but if it's in the Contemporary, wouldn't you just take the bus to the TTC and then ride the monorail to Chef Mickey's? I guess it's a bit cumbersome but I don't see it being "difficult" persay.

Am I missing something?

Actually, you take the bus to the MK and then you can walk (or take the monorail) to the CR. The MK bus stop is kind of in between the MK monorail stop and the CR.

Disney resort buses do not go to the TTC.

Oh okay. I thought they went to TTC.

How far of a walk? I'm all about that if it's not too far.

Thanks!

It's not very far at all; it depends on how fast you walk (I see you will have little ones with you!).

It's about the same distance---maybe a tad farther---from the MK bus stop than it would be to walk from the bus stop back to the MK monorail station. Then you would have to wait for the monorail, board it, and get off at the CR.

We walked it many times when our kids were small, and we continue to walk it now. It takes us about 5-10 minutes.

Thanks! One will be in a stroller and the other one well let's just say he doesn't WALK anywhere - he RUNS. LOL!

I would say it's faster to use the walkway from the Magic Kingdom because it's located by the Magic Kingdom bus section, so it would take more time walking on the other side to the Resort Monorail station.
