we would love to try this place, how does one get from any park to this resturant? also it says there is dinner all the way up until 9:30. will buses still take me to my motel after dinner here ? ( we are planning a dinner at 8:00 PM. or maybe a nice breakfast!!
are buses clearly marked for the motels ( pop century) Also are the other modes of transportation marked on the monorails, buses etc. for this resort (contemporary)

Just take a Disney bus marked for the Contemporary from any park to get there. From the Magic Kingdom either take the monorail or walk. Exit MK and turn left, past the bus stops and the Contemporary is right there. Unless its raining I'd walk, very easy and very pretty.

From EPCOT, you can take the monorail to the Contemporary. From AK and Studios, take the bus to CR. From MK, walk or take the monorail. After your meal, walk back over to the bus stops at MK and hop on your resort bus! Very easy. The walk from MK is maybe 10 minutes.

We decided to do this the day we leave back home. so we decided for breakfast/lunch so will a bus take us from our motel? , or do we have to go to a park first?
also is this dining meal considered 2 sit downs?
thanks again :)

No, you don't have to go to a park first. From the Transportation and Ticket Center, just get on the Resort Monorail line. The first stop is the Contemporary Resort (and Chef Mickey's). And I believe it is only 1 credit.

First, congratulations on your weight loss! Great job!

Transportation - there are not buses that run from resort to resort. To get to the Contemporary, you will need to transfer from a park. The easiest way from your hotel is to take a bus to the MK, and then walk over to the CR.

To get back to your hotel, if the buses are still running, just hop a bus back. If they are not, you can either take a taxi from the CR or take a bus to DTD and then transfer to your resort bus (the taxi is fastest ;))

OP is staying at Pop I believe so the best route is bus to MK then walk to the Contemporary and the same in reverse to return. We did exactly that from CBR and it is really easy and a beautiful walk.

OP you say you've decided, have you actually made any ADRs, especially this one? This is one of the most difficult to get, so if you within 6 months of you're trip, book it ASAP. Chef Mickey's doesn't offer lunch so a late breakfast, between 11-11:30 is as close you'll get to lunch. It is exactly what we got and we loved it. Food, characters, atomosphere, fun, fun, fun!
