breakfast or dinner?! Also, do they accept the dining plan and if so is it 1 or 2 TS?!

Definitley breakfast!!

I really can't say one is better than the other. My DD and I have done Chef Mickey's for breakfast and dinner several times and really don't prefer one over the other--just whatever fits with our touring schedule. Each service has a very tasty menu. The characters are engaging no matter if it's breakfast or dinner. Minnie Mouse even remembered us at dinner from a breafkast we'd had at Chef Mickey's a few days before. :lmao:

We prefer breakfast over dinner. Yes, they are on the dining plan and one credit per person

I am so glad to hear this! We did dinner once and it was terrible and we are going to try CM in March...hope its yummylicious!

We've done breakfast and dinner. In our opinion, the food is much better at breakfast!

All I know is that your hubby better be praying it is good since HE chose not to eat at Boma for breakfast on said trip.

Breakfast has much better food than dinner. We tried both breakfast and dinner on our last trip and felt breakfast was better. The food isn't all that great but the character interaction can't be beat!

I would say breakfast but in all honesty we are very unimpressed with Disney's dinner buffets. If we are going to eat at any of the restaurants that are buffets we always go with the breakfast option.

We definitely prefer breakfast over dinner! The food is better and our character interaction has been better at breakfast vs dinner.

You know it! Tell ya what if I dont like it I will leave him there and go to Boma by myself!

Unfortunately, I am going to say neither. CM is probably the most overrated buffet on property, so I would go with lower expectations and then if you are disappointed, it won't be as bad. Be prepared for horrendously long waits (even with ADRs made months in advance), subpar food (horrible actually), very noisy, tons of unsupervised kids everywhere, dirty, rushed servers and less than stellar character interaction.

If you don't experience any of the above (we've experienced it each and every time, so no more chances for us), then you won't have anything to worry about!

Good luck, Tiger

We've only done dinner there and didn't think the food was that fantastic. Next time I'll try breakfast hoping that's better than dinner. We actually had much better food for lunch at CP.

I've tried dinner, and it wasn't bad. My mom and I both agreed the ribs were the best thing on the buffet. The characters were great though, and that was the main reason for going.

I would love to try breakfast there sometime, it sounds delicious.
