Hi, I wanted to know if the characters at Chef Mickeys even pay attention to the teens. I know that restaurant is for mostly little kids but do they even come say hi and what not? If not would 50s primetime cafe be better?

Hi, Princybelle and welcome to the DIS. The characters at Chef Mickey's pay attention to everyone who is at the table. The characters do not discriminate because of age. There are a lot of little kids there, but also big people too. I highly recommend this restaurant, the food is really good and the character interaction is too. The 50's Prime Time Cafe is also really good food and is very fun. However, there are no characters there. The waitstaff is very interactive and I think teenagers would really like it there.

I agree - everyone is a kid at Chef Mickey's! I am sure if your teen has a sense of humor, Prime Time would be good too. I think they also would enjoy 'Ohana for dinner, Sci-Fi and Whispering Canyon. Not character meals, but good interaction and atmosphere.
