 We plan on spending our daughters 7th birthday at Epcot. I am a picky eater and worried about the food. I would prefer to do dinner as we will not be staying onsite and would like to get to the park early. What are your suggestions? TIA

If she likes princesses...why not Akershus for breakfast since your wanting to get to the park early? Were you asking which of those two for dinner though?

I say do chef mickeys for dinner. The buffet has several items to choose from. We ate at Akerhaus in January for dinner and i am not a picky eater. I would have to say i would not chose to eat there again! Keep in mind the food is Norwegian......... I have also ate at chef mickeys without regret! Good luck!

Since we are staying off site we would like to do a light breakfast at our townhome. The menu doesn't look so good for dinner at Akershus however I am not sure about leaving and going to Chef Mickeys. My daughter would lover to see the princesses but I would hate to pay for food that I don't care for. Maybe they would let me order from the kids menu.:rolleyes1

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thinks the dinner menu at Akershus leaves a little to be desired. I'm all for different foods, but this is just one menu that doesn't appeal to me. We are doing free dining in September, so it doesn't bother me as much to use one meal there, but jeepers could they throw us non-adventure eaters a little bone:rotfl: . Oh well, at least I can add this one to the list of restaurants that we have tried.
