Hi-
There is no viewing at CM for the fireworks, but the 4th floor observation deck is open to the public. You can view the monorial though from CM for entertainment.

Depending on what time the fireworks are, and what time you get out of CM, you could take the monorail over to the Polynesian, and watch from the beach or pool area?
