Good morning,

Not really sure if this is on the thread, but I do need some help. I have to pick ADR'S in 24 days:rainbow:. I need to know what would be best for my family. My little ones loves all the characters at both places so that's the easy part. I want to know as for food and the interaction with characters. Which would be the best for Breakfast?

Chef Mickey or Ohana?

I liked the food at O'hanas better. Character interaction was better at Chef Mickey's and the food there was fine too.

Ohana.

1. The food is served family-style, which is generally fresher than buffet, and has fewer kids sticking their hands in it (save your own kids, and you have their germs).

2. The food is served family-style, which is amazing with small children, because you don't have to get up, juggle plates, run back because a character is coming, etc.

3. POG.

We have eaten at Chef Mickey's 3 times and 'Ohana once. We had a much better experience at 'Ohana.

The only thing that could lead us back to Chef Mickey is that we had another child who is obsessed with the Fab 5 and if he wants to go, we will take him. Otherwise, the rest of us are quite all set with Chef Mickey.

We've done both and prefer 'Ohana.

Both had great character interaction.
I prefer having the food brought to the table at 'Ohana over the up & down to the buffet at Chef Mickey. Chef Mickey always seems more hectic & loud to me (we've done both breakfast & dinner there).

We go to CM every year for breakfast. We've done 'Ohana once for breakfast. Food was better at 'Ohanas, but there is something about CM that makes it a must do for us. The Fab 5 and the party like atmosphere makes it special. When we went last year to 'Ohana for breakfast a photopass photographer was going around with Lilo and Stitch,so the pics were better. Not sure if that's happening now.

Honestly, you can't go wrong with either. Flip a coin and know you will enjoy whichever one wins.

I will let DH decide so he can have a say in something. I am going to let him look at all the comments so he can make his decision. Thanks

Ohana had much better food and is a much nicer looking place to eat (with views).

Also something to consider, finding Goofy/Donald/Minnie in the parks is relatively easy. Finding Lilo/Stich is much harder/impossible.

Our family agrees with all of the above! Love 'Ohana.

We've done both and prefer Ohana. I agree with the above that with little ones family-style is definitely best!! Its a really nice relaxing character meal. I just love sitting back and waiting for both characters and food to come to me. Stitch is hilarious...interaction is great, and we love the food. And yes, POG (known as lilikoi juice) is amazing!

I like Chef Mickey's. I like the fact that it's a buffet, and I love all the breakfast food. They also have my favorite characters.

We love both and are doing both on our upcoming trip. Personally, I'm looking forward to Ohana more. But I'd be sad if we missed either of them.

Yes! I've been to both, Chef Mickey's multiple times. If I had to choose one or the other for breakfast tomorrow, I would pick 'Ohana for these reasons.

But honestly...I would happy with either choice.
