For a character meal?? Are they both offered for DINNER?

Which has better food?

Which characters are at each?

Over-all which is better?

It's for my 2.5 year old DD.

Thanks!

I have only been to Chef Mickey's for breakfast but I loved it! The character interaction was great and fun. The food was also great though it is buffet style and some people don't like that. Overall, good food, fun and not stuffy.

I'd try Chef Mickey's as well he characters at 1900 Park Fare may not quite click for a 2.5yo. At Chef Mickey's is just fun and they encourage everyone to wave their napkins in the air. What 2.5yo wouldn't love to be able to do that and not get scolded? Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto and Donald Duck are there.

Our 5yo loved it as did I!

I haven't been to Chef Mickey yet but I have been to 1900 Park Fare and the food there was REALLY good. They do serve dinner and the caracters there were Cinderella, her Prince, The Step-mother, The Two Step-sisters.

But, at Chef Mickey the caracters there are Pluto, Goofy, and some others. Those are the only two caracters I have ever seen there. (they are all the basic caracters you can see anywhere else you go in a disney park) The food looks alright there. My brother and I walked through there to get are pictures with the caracters :goodvibes (we are caracter junkies):thumbsup2

The food at 1900PF is wonderful! We also really liked having Cinderella come to our table - DS got a KISS  . My boys also liked meeting the prince and mice. :)

BUT - no Mickey. So, I think that the food is better at 1900PF, but all the classic characters are at CM's. I think I'd go there. Your DD will like taking the monorail to dinner with Mickey. :) (I'm sure she doesn't really care about the food anyway ;) )

I would have to say Chef Mickeys. We like the food & the party atmophere there. The character interaction is good, the dont stay too long but the singing & napkin waving is so much fun. The desserts are delicious & varied.

1900 get's my vote CM was bad.

Yes...they both are character meals for dinner.

We do both EVERY trip...but if we had to choose...we'd pick Chef Mickey's over 1900 PF. It's classic Disney!!
