Chef Mickey lunch (today)!

We got a Chef Mickey lunch reservation 2 weeks ago for today (we're having downtime before we hit the parks in 30 mins)... I just wanted to give you guys a little report about it because there was some confusion on the boards about it!

Lunch is for during free dining because of the popularity of the dining plan.

We saw the fab 5 characters (it was wonderful!!). I did some research on the boards and there was confusion about this. THERE ARE CHARACTERS DURING LUNCH!

Lunch was: salad bar, pasta salad, chicken & rice soup, ribs, chicken wings, turkey carving station, green beans, scalloped potatoes, green beans, broccoli... kids section: macaroni, pizza, chicken nuggets. Desserts: ice cream, brownies, mickey oreo cookie domes, and cookies.

Again, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend CM's for lunch

It was just me and my husband. He LOVED the ribs, but ate mostly everything. The only thing I didn't like was the scalloped potatoes, but I'm not a fan of super gooey stuff. DH liked them though. I have pictures, but we're still here at WDW without a card reader. I'll update next weekend with pics

I'm thinking of doing this on our last day since our flight doesn't leave until 6pm. Do you recall the cost per person?

Wow! Sounds great. Very jealous that you got your reservation on such short notice! I've been trying to get in at Chef Mickey's since June! Have a great trip!

It was about 30 per adult. We had no kids in our party, so I have no idea how much they end up being.

Thanks we are booked for a 1110 am seating which I thought was lunch. But after some looking around on allears. I guess it is still breakfest which is fine by me. We plan on doing a late breakfest than head over to mk for the day.

We ate at Chef Mickey's today for lunch. It was wonderful! I also remember there was a salmon dish as well.
